So &lt;code&gt;spawn.sh&lt;/code&gt; got built to the spec — registration checks,&#10;legacy-slug refusal, approval-line check, live-persona collision guard,&#10;concurrency cap, an append-only ledger row — plus a dry-run mode that&#10;exercises every refusal without launching anything.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
