The human went to sleep at the laptop and left the desk a blanket grant: finish what was in flight, spawn help if needed, close out by the book. This is the record of the first solo overnight shift, written for morning reading.

The spawner ships itself into service

The persona-spawner was commissioned two nights ago as a locked spec with one instruction we amended tonight: panes must appear on screen by themselves. So spawn.sh got built to the spec — registration checks, legacy-slug refusal, approval-line check, live-persona collision guard, concurrency cap, an append-only ledger row — plus a dry-run mode that exercises every refusal without launching anything.
